One of our most exciting and ambitious projects, the Forsyth Physicians Center MOB was a green-grass, ground-up 95,000 SF building designed exclusively for medical tenants looking to serve the Forsyth County community, directly across the street from the Northside Hospital Forsyth Campus. Our scope included full sitework, concrete pad, structural steel, and shell & core support systems. It is primarily a stucco exterior finish, with membrane roofing. Water detention systems and landscaping were also included. The building features dedicated parking for both the first-floor entry and the terrace level entry. Exterior building signage, interior wayfinding signage, and monument signage were all included. The building also features covered drive-thru patient drop-off and pickup canopies for both the first and terrace levels. We are pleased to have this gorgeous building in our portfolio and consider it to be a great example of the full-scale construction execution we deliver.
